1. About GoQR

GoQR is provided by GoQR, located at [Add business address], Chamber of Commerce number [Add Chamber of Commerce number]. Contact: privacy@goqr.online. GoQR lets users create dynamic links and public information pages, generate QR images, update content, and view scan activity.

2. Free QR codes

Free QR types include dynamic links, social profiles with one custom link, text pages up to 2,000 characters, Wi-Fi cards, locations, events, opening hours, donation pages, prepared email actions, and Music Quiz Sets built from user-supplied Spotify track links. Music sets can include a private gift link, custom card artwork, and a printable card PDF. GoQR may display advertising on Free account pages and public QR information pages belonging to Free users.

Spotify is a third-party service. GoQR is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify. The game host needs Spotify Premium and authorizes playback control through Spotify. Track availability, playback, account requirements, API access, and device availability are controlled by Spotify. Users are responsible for their artwork, game materials, sharing, and compliance with intellectual-property and platform rules.

3. Prepaid Premium access

GoQR offers one-time Premium passes for one calendar month, one year, or lifetime access at the price displayed during checkout. These are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. A new month or year pass is added after any remaining Premium period. Lifetime means access to the Premium software features for as long as GoQR continues to provide the service. While Premium is active, the account pages and public QR pages belonging to that account are served without the GoQR AdSense integration. Hosted files, storage, bandwidth, and file downloads are separate and are not included.

When temporary Premium expires, the account returns to Free. Existing QR codes keep working, but content above a Free limit may need to be shortened or Premium renewed before it can be edited. Advertising may return to Free pages after expiry. Payment is only considered complete after confirmation by the payment provider.

4. Accounts and user responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and notify GoQR of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for your QR names, destinations, files, and their legality. You must ensure you have permission to link to or distribute the content you provide.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use GoQR for malware, phishing, fraud, unlawful content, intellectual-property infringement, harassment, unauthorized tracking, or attempts to interfere with the service. GoQR may pause or remove a code where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, comply with law, or investigate abuse.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep redirects available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security incidents, hosting failures, or events outside reasonable control may cause temporary disruption. We may improve the service and will communicate material adverse changes where reasonably possible.

7. Ending use

You may stop using GoQR and request account deletion. GoQR may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, legal obligations, or non-payment for an explicitly purchased paid service. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond.

8. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Within the limits permitted by law, GoQR is not responsible for content or destinations chosen by users, indirect losses, or failures outside its reasonable control. Any limitation is applied reasonably, taking account of whether the service was free or paid and the user’s legal status.

9. Intellectual property, privacy, and law

GoQR retains rights in its brand, software, and design. Users retain rights in their own content and grant GoQR the limited permission needed to operate the service. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. These terms are intended to be governed by Dutch law, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in the user’s country.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms for legal, security, or service changes. The current version will be published here. Material changes to paid or continuing services should be communicated before they take effect. Questions or complaints can be sent to privacy@goqr.online.
